UVLED Automotive Coating Technology

The application of UV-curing technology can greatly improve the production efficiency, reduce the length of drying path and save investment. More importantly, it can improve the smoothness and brightness of UV-LED coating surface. Because the application of UV-curing technology, heat is solidified from the workpiece, it can drive "gas" to the surface, reduce "pinholes" and improve the powder. Leveling. The smoothness and gloss of powder UVLED coatings are no inferior to those of liquid coatings.
