With the continuous development of UV technology, many customers who have not contacted the UV LED curing machine before are willing to replace the traditional mercury lamp production line with the UV LED curing production line. UV curing refers to the addition of photoinitiator (or photosensitizer) to the resin of special formulation, which can absorb the high intensity ultraviolet light in the ultraviolet (UV) curing equipment, and then produce active free radicals, which can initiate polymerization, cross-linking and grafting reaction, so that the resin can be converted from liquid to solid in a few seconds. 1. UVLED curing machine wavelength: 365 nm band spectrum is suitable for general light-curing ink (not suitable for ice, wrinkle and other special spectral requirements of ink). It is suggested that customers should carry out photosetting test before choosing UV LED curing machine to check whether the wavelength of UV curing equipment meets the requirements of photosetting.
 
 
 
2. Power of UV-LED curing machine: High power of UV-LED curing machine will cause ink embrittlement, and low energy can not achieve photosetting effect, so the light intensity power of equipment needs to be tested strictly.
 
 
 
3. Heat dissipation device: UVLED curing machine emits ultraviolet radiation, but also generates a lot of heat, which makes the temperature of the body rising.
