What is Capacitance Jet Code

 

 

 

The printer is a non-contact ink-jet marking system controlled by a single chip computer. By controlling the internal gear pump or supplying compressed gas from the outside of the machine, a certain pressure is applied to the ink in the system, so that the ink can be ejected through a nozzle with tens of microns aperture. Capacitance spraying code is to spray specific patterns and words on the capacitance screen through the spraying machine according to the needs of the capacitance screen.

Ultraviolet curing light source emits high purity monochrome ultraviolet light, which belongs to cold light source. Workpiece temperature only rises about 3 degrees, the workpiece will not deform, and its energy is highly concentrated in a certain ultraviolet spectrum section with effective curing effect. This is the actual use effect of UV-LED point light source, although only about 200 MW of ultraviolet light intensity. The curing time is usually shortened to 0.5 to 5 seconds, which is the main reason why the curing effect of high-pressure mercury lamp with light intensity of 1000-2000 MW is comparable to that of high-pressure mercury lamp. Based on the above point of view, the use of UV LED light source is the ideal choice in the process of capacitance jet curing.
