Lens bonding is a process of bonding two single lenses. The performance of multicolor (white) imaging is much better than that of single lens. The achromatic lenses are glued together by two lenses of different materials to correct the dispersion of glass. At present, the main glue used for lens bonding is UV glue, and UV glue needs to be cured by UV LED curing light source.

In the optical industry, at present, the bonded lenses are generally two to three lenses, but in most cases, the bonded lenses are generally two lenses. The UV glue was used to bond the lenses, and then the UV LED curing light source was used to irradiate the lenses to complete the curing.
 
 
 
After high-intensity ultraviolet light in the light-curing equipment, the glued lenses produce active radicals or ionic groups, which initiate polymerization, cross-linking and grafting reactions, so that the UV glue can be converted from liquid to solid in a few seconds (varying).
 
 
 
UVLED curing light source for lens bonding has been fully able to meet the general conditions of lens bonding curing, but at the same time, because of the characteristics of the single spectrum of LED, it will also produce such phenomena as lens edge escape glue surface dryness is not ideal. In order to solve this problem, we have developed a special UVLED curing light source for lens bonding. Aiming at the problems of bubble and poor drying of lens edge surface during lens bonding, we have set up vacuum defoaming and nitrogen-filled gas protection curing devices, which can solve this problem very well.
