The use of UVLED water-cooled light curing machine needs to pay attention to these points:
1. Water is generally used as coolant in water-cooled and light-curing chillers of UVLED, because water is easy to obtain, cheap, chemical stability of water is good, specific heat is large, non-toxic, non-combustion, non-explosion, and metal corrosion is small. People tend to use distilled water, but the cost of distilled water is relatively high, Futansi uses distilled water.
2. The working temperature of the water cooler should be controlled below 35 degrees, because the water cooler is mainly a compressor, cooling the hot water circulating from the UVLED lamp head, and then feeding the cold water into the UVLED lamp head. If the temperature is too high, the compressor can not work effectively, the cooling capacity will be significantly reduced, so the temperature of the UVLED lamp can not be effectively reduced.
3. When light curing machine and water cooler are used at the same time, attention should be paid to the exchange of equipment information. When the cooler fails, the UVLED device can be notified to turn off the light source to avoid thermal damage to the UVLED device due to cooling failure.
