Measurement methods:
If the ultraviolet light emitted by a UV LED curing machine is the same everywhere, then the measurement is much simpler. Ultraviolet light emitted by UVLED curing machine radiates in all directions. Because the propagation in the inhomogeneous medium of air does not satisfy the inverse square relationship with distance, the intensity of ultraviolet light in different positions or distances of UVLED curing machine is different.
Light from the UV LED curing machine enters the detector of the UV energy meter from all angles. The reading of the above and oblique directions of the UV energy meter is different. This phenomenon is cosine deviation. The UV energy meter itself corrects the deviation by cosine correction, and then achieves an appropriate value. The more oblique the direction, the greater the error. So try to keep the detector of the UV energy meter in the middle direction of the light source, so that the standard value can be measured.
