How to use UV glue curing lamp?

1. Cold light source, no heat radiation, especially suitable for LCD edge sealing, film printing and small area heating medical equipment.
 
 
 
 
 
2. The flash lamp can be turned on without preheating and achieve 100% output power immediately. The effective luminous efficiency of UV glue curing lamp is more than 10 times that of mercury lamp, which improves the working efficiency.
 
 
 
 
 
3. The energy consumption is low. The power consumption is 10% of the traditional mercury lamp curing machine, which can save 90% of the power.
 
 
 
 
 
4. Do not use toxic substances to pay tribute, which will not produce ozone. It is a safer and more environmentally friendly alternative to the traditional mercury lamp.
 
 
 
 
 
5. The LED irradiator is controlled by the CPU of the computer. The manual or automatic control operation can be selected according to the actual needs, and the required lighting time can be set by itself.
 
 
 
 
 
 
UV glue curing lamp use:
 
 
 
 
1. The adhesive surface must be clean, dry and free of impurities.
 
 
 
 
 
2. One side of the workpiece must be transparent.
 
 
 
 
 
3. Apply a proper amount of UV adhesive to one workpiece surface, then close and press another workpiece at the same time to discharge air bubbles.
 
 
 
 
 
4. Use ultraviolet lamp on the transparent side of the workpiece to prevent the shadow (UV) glue from curing.
 
 
 
 
 
5. If it is fixed by bridging, just apply glue on the surface of the workpiece and cure it with UV lamp.
 
 
 
 
 
6. UV exposure time: depends on the light intensity and power of the UV light source.
 
 
 
 
 
7. Plane attachment: low intensity UV light source (4-16mw / cm2) irradiation time > 60s;
 
 
 
 
 
8. UV glue curing lamp point adhesion: medium and high intensity UV light source (more than 30MW / cm2) radiation time > 30s.
 
 
 
 
 
9. The distance between UV light source and workpiece will affect the curing depth and strength of UV adhesive. If the light source is far away from the workpiece, the exposure time shall be extended appropriately.
 
 
 
 
 
10. For bridge fixing, if the adhesive layer is thick, the lighting time shall be extended appropriately.
 
 
 
 
 
11. The thickness of rubber will affect the bonding quality (strength, appearance and internal stress) of UV adhesive. Therefore, the adhesive must be compact after bonding. After bonding, the surface of workpiece must be smooth, bright and clean. If it is uneven, it will cause the thickness of rubber. Under the same intensity of UV irradiation, it will also cause the bonding quality problem due to uneven curing.
