UV-LED Light Curing Used in PCB Manufacturing Technology

Circuit board is the base of modern electrical installation and connection components, and it is an important basic assembly in the electronic industry. With the rapid progress of science and technology, electronic products are developing towards small, light weight, high performance and multi-function. The production of circuit boards is also developing towards high precision, high density, multi-layer and small area. Therefore, the requirements of high resolution and high reliability for materials used in UV-curable circuit boards will be higher and higher.
 
 
 
UV-curable materials are safe and environmentally friendly because of their low energy consumption, solvent-free emission, fast curing speed, high production efficiency, suitable for pipeline production, excellent performance of curing coatings, small size of equipment, small floor area and low investment, etc., which are particularly suitable for the production of circuit boards.
 
 
 
The UV curing materials used in the production of circuit boards are mainly as follows:
 
 
 
(1) Making silk screen graphics: dichromate photosensitive adhesive, nylon photosensitive adhesive, diazo photosensitive adhesive, etc.
 
 
 
(2) Anti-corrosion or anti-electroplating: photo-solid anti-corrosion (or anti-electroplating) ink, anti-corrosion (or anti-electroplating) dry film, photo-imaging anti-corrosion (or anti-electroplating) ink, electrodeposited photoresist.
 
 
 
(3) Solder resistance: photoresist ink, dry film and photo-imaging solder resistance ink.
 
 
 
(4) Character marking: light-fixed character ink.
