In order to prolong the service life of the machine, ensure the normal operation of the equipment and ensure the processing quality of the products, maintenance and operators should work together to achieve the following points:

 

1. According to the requirements of the lubrication table, add lubricant regularly and carry out scale removal and cleaning.

 

2. Every start-up needs to check whether there are any abnormal phenomena in the equipment. If there are abnormal phenomena, it should be eliminated in time before working.

 

3. Check the operation of rotating components frequently, and adjust and repair them in time when abnormal conditions are found.

 

4. This machine has a high voltage current stabilizer. Operators should wear insulating shoes or put insulating plates on the ground to prevent accidents.

 

5. Wipe the UV lamp and reflector regularly. After the lamp tube is aged, the lamp tube should be replaced in time to ensure normal production
 

6. Clean up the residue in the inspection machine in time after operation. Do not wash the machine body and work site with water. Be careful of dampness, damage and electric shock accidents.

 

7. Overhaul at least once a year, remove all transmission components, thoroughly clean and re-inject lubricants. When assembling transmission components, it is necessary to keep lubrication coordination between rotating components.
