Essential UV Ink in Electronic Industry
Printed circuit board (PCB) manufacturing is a very successful field in the application of UV ink: UV anti-corrosion ink, UV anti-soldering ink and UV character ink are needed for single panel and flexible panel manufacturing, and photo-imaging anti-corrosion and anti-plating ink, photo-imaging anti-soldering ink and UV character ink are needed for double panel and multi-layer panel manufacturing. In optical fiber manufacturing, besides using various UV fiber coatings and adhesives, UV fiber coloring ink is coated with 12 different colors to distinguish different optical fibers and bond them. Ultraviolet coatings and adhesives are also used in the manufacture of optical discs. Ultimately, UV inks are printed by silk or offset printing, and patterns and words are printed to produce finished products. Photographic printing of magnetic cards and smart cards, home appliances such as televisions, refrigerators, air conditioners and computers, keyboard production for mobile phones, keyboard surface printing, touch switch production and so on are inseparable from UV ink. UV ink is also needed for the manufacture of various nameplates and tags.
