UVLED Surface Light Source Curing Machine Drying Common Ink

UVLED surface light source curing device is a kind of UVLED light source curing. LED surface light source is only a mode of luminescence. The drying principle of UVLED surface light source curing machine for ink is that the dry vegetable oil is used as a connecting material to produce polarization polymerization reaction in the air, and the UV curing machine changes the molecular morphology of vegetable oil. This process of using oxidative polymerization to transform oil from low molecular weight liquid to net macromolecule solid is called ink drying. Similar to UV curing effect, the ink has high gloss, strong ink film and scratch resistance after drying.

 

UV curing principle of UV ink: UV ink is cured by ultraviolet irradiation. A small amount of photoinitiator is added to the curing process of UV curing machine ink, and under the combined action of photoinitiator and ultraviolet radiation, polymerization occurs. Thus, the molecular morphology is changed to make the ink cured. This reaction can be accomplished in seconds or even less.

 

There are differences between ordinary ink and UV curing machine ink. Firstly, the systems of ordinary ink and UV curing machine ink are different, and the physical and chemical processes of their drying and curing process are also different. More obviously, drying and curing equipment are also different.
