Which coatings are used for UV LED light source？

(1) Coatings: CD - rom, optical fibers, tapes, magnetic cards, high-grade bags, photographic films, magazine covers, vacuum metal plastics, cans, furniture veneers, laminates, wallboards, vinyl tiles, tile surfaces, leather decoration;

 

(2) UVLED ink: lithographic offset printing, relief printing, flexo printing, gravure printing, screen printing;

 

(3) UVLED adhesives: automobile headlights, pressure sensitive labels, transfer printing, electronic packaging, accessories, medical plastic parts assembly;

 

(4) Electronic devices: printed circuit board coatings, corrosion resistance, solder photoresist, character ink, anti-drying film, protective film;

 

(5) Other: printing plate, medical equipment, dental filling, cosmetic box, glasses, golf, trophies, skis, motorcycle sledges, advertising signs and other paint maintenance or decoration, as well as three-dimensional optical casting processing.

 

These coatings will be used for UV. In traditional industries, people use ultraviolet lamp to maintain and dry, but the ultraviolet lamp consumes electricity and produces ozone, which pollutes the environment seriously. It is suggested that you use UV LED light source and UV LED printing light source to solve this problem.
