Characteristics of UV Curing Ink

UV LED applications have two very important characteristics:

 

1) In the process of using any UV LED light switch, energy and cost can be saved when it needs to be turned on and not turned off.

 

2) UV LED can improve curing speed, accelerate curing speed and improve product efficiency. In the application of UV-LED curing technology in printing, UV ink can be cured. The cured product is not liquid but solid. The UV photoinitiator reacts with some mixtures in ink, solidifies, solidifies the ink, and then dries it. UV-LED curing technology in printing applications, the whole ink curing process is solvent-free process, no volatile organic compounds, can reduce environmental pollution. At different times, the current environmental requirements are very high, and the printing industry is an important source of environmental pollution. Its use of ink and other materials fluctuates to a certain extent, resulting in environmental pollution. UV curing technology can fundamentally overcome this shortcoming and reduce the use of solvents for printing. UV LED curing technology is a low temperature curing technology. UV ink can meet some printing requirements, reduce the waste of printing resources and reduce printing costs.
