Application of UVLED Light Curing Horn

UV-curable UV-LED adhesives for horn (speaker) diaphragm magnetic head coil and other components must meet the following requirements: 1. UV-LED adhesives in any state should be liquid in coating; 2. The surface of the adhesives can be fully wetted. 3. It must be able to change from liquid to solid to form a tough adhesive layer; 4. When curing, it has certain strength to transmit stress and resist damage; 5. It can withstand the test of a certain time, that is, the service life of UVLED adhesives.

The quality of loudspeaker UVLED adhesives mainly refers to strength and durability, but the response of different types of UVLED adhesives to different stresses and applied rates is very different. For example, thermoplastic UVLED adhesives are not suitable for structural applications, because they tend to destroy when supporting lower loads and soften when heated. Thermoplastic UVLED adhesives can not withstand long-term vibration stress. Although the test shows greater strength than the thermosetting in a short period of time, thermoplastic rubber adhesive brass usually has strong peeling strength, which is easy to mislead in selection. Thermosetting UVLED adhesives have good effect in situations requiring high strength and high destructive stability.
