1. 4. When used in light-curing coatings, we should try to adjust the temperature well. On the one hand, we should avoid overheating of the material, on the other hand, we should make the temperature of the coatings rise. Raising the temperature is conducive to the curing reaction.
5. There are three commonly used methods. One is air cooling, which is the most widely used method with low cost. The other is water cooling with water jacket outside the lamp tube. This method has good effect but high cost. The third is to install optical film to isolate infrared radiation from solidified materials, which is suitable for deformable products.
