UV curing of the lens Why choose UVLED curing equipment?
Why does the lens UV glue cure UVLED curing equipment? In the optical industry, currently glued lenses are generally joined by two to three lenses, but in most cases, the glued lenses are generally joined by two lenses. The lenses are bonded by UV glue, and then cured by UVLED curing equipment.
After the high-intensity ultraviolet light in the photocuring device, the glued lens generates active radicals or ionic groups, thereby initiating polymerization, cross-linking and grafting reactions, so that the UV glue is converted into a solid state in a few seconds (unequal).
The UVLED curing equipment used for lens bonding has been able to fully satisfy the curing of the lens glue under normal conditions, but at the same time, because of the single spectrum characteristics of the LED, the phenomenon that the surface of the lens escapes the glue is not ideal. In order to solve this problem, Futantech has developed a special UVLED curing device for lens bonding. This device is equipped with vacuum defoaming and foaming problems in the lens bonding process and the problem of poor lens edge surface. The nitrogen-filled protection and curing device solves this problem well and has been tested by the client.
